We've planned our wedding celebrations as a relaxed three-night getaway so we can make the most of our time together with all of you. The idea is simple — fewer logistics means more poolside hangs, slow mornings, sunset drinks, recovery day stories and shared moments all round. Whether you choose to stay onsite or nearby, join everything or dip in and out as you like, the outline below gives you a good idea of what's in store — with more specific timings to come closer to the date.
Arrive and settle into island time. Guests staying at Villa Kalyana can check in at 3PM and spend the afternoon exploring the property. We'll gather for a welcome drink around sunset.
To officially kick off the celebrations, all are welcome to join a casual beachside dinner at a nearby restaurant. This is our chance to say hello, catch up and ease into the festivities. More details to come.
Wake up slowly and enjoy the morning as you please before the big event begins.
Our wedding will take place on the shaded lawn at Ban Sairee, overlooking the beach. Guests are invited to arrive for a pre-drink at 4PM with the ceremony starting at 4.30PM. Followed by cocktails, dinner and dancing under the stars.
After the big night, we'll keep things easy with a slow morning at the villa. Come lunchtime, we'll rally for a recovery BBQ at Ban Sairee open to all — BYO alcohol. Come as you are, there's no dress code. Prepare for beach swims, silly games, stories from the night before and nowhere else to be.
Check-out at Villa Kalyana is 11AM, and group departure transfers will be arranged as part of the accommodation package.
